The CPA owns income taxes and payroll compliance. The banker owns the capital relationship. Mise en Place owns the monthly financial function: accrual-basis books, consistent financial statements, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and prime cost advisory.
When a capital event approaches, the client arrives prepared. A Loan Readiness Package — financial statements, DSCR analysis, forecast, and supporting narrative — is assembled within seven business days. The banker receives an underwriter-ready file.
